MONDAY
  • October 21 - Day 2
  • The Student Government Homeroom Representative nomination papers are available in the guidance office.  The deadline for turning them in has been extended to Friday, October 25.  This is your chance to get involved and make a positive impact at NMS. 
  • Ms. Hyder and Mr. Sulc will be having Grade Level meetings in the cafeteria during Flex Time.  Today, all grade 8 students should go to the cafeteria during Flex Time.  On Wednesday, all 7th grade students will have the meeting.
  • Jazz Band will meet tomorrow morning before school.

TUESDAY

  • October 22 - DAY 1
  • The Student Government Homeroom Representative nomination papers are available and need to be turned in to the guidance office by this Friday, October 25.  This is your chance to get involved and make a positive impact at NMS. 
  • Ms. Hyder and Mr. Sulc are having Grade Level meetings in the cafeteria during Flex Time.  Tomorrow, all grade 7 students should go to the cafeteria during Flex Time.  
  • As a reminder, there are 3 late buses and the streets they cover are listed by the bus door.  When you take the late bus, please let the bus driver know where you live, but this does not mean they will drop you off at your house.  The late bus has different stops then your regular bus, so pay attention to where it is stopping so you know when to exit the bus.
  • AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES: Project Lit Book Club (rm 109), Intro to Chess (rm 208), Improv Comedy Club (rm 246), and Running Club (gym).

WEDNESDAY

  • October 23 - DAY 2
  • The Student Government Homeroom Representative nomination papers are available and need to be turned in by this Friday, October 25.  
  • Ms. Hyder and Mr. Sulc will be having Grade Level meetings in the cafeteria during Flex Time.  Today, all grade 7 students should go to the cafeteria during Flex Time.  
  • Do you need some help getting yourself organized.  Folders already overflowing.  Then drop in to Room 202 in the 7th grade wing for some Organization Support.  Mrs. Johnston will be there to help any student who comes by.
  • AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES: Math Team (room 238); Forensic Science Club (room 231); Jewelry Making (library); Robotics (room 149); and Audition Prep (Room 123).
THURSDAY
  • October 24 - DAY 1
  • The Student Government Homeroom Representative nomination papers are available and need to be turned in by this Friday, October 25.  This is your chance to get involved and make a positive impact at NMS.  
  • AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES: Badminton (gym); How to Study (rm 202); and Old School Gamers Club (rm 113).

FRIDAY

  • October 25 - DAY 2
  • The Student Government Homeroom Representative nomination papers are due today.
