Registration & Enrollment

• Birth Certificate;

• Latest physical from pediatrician or family doctor along with up-to-date immunization record;

• Proof of residency document (property tax bill, mortgage statement, lease/rent agreement). In the event that a family is residing with another family member or friend, the following Landlord/Shared Tenancies Residency Affidavit must be completed. 

• A transcript and/or report card for students in Middle and High School;

• If applicable, a copy of the current IEP or 504;

• For High School students: All high school students must complete this form: MIAA Form 200.  Please complete the Section A of this form only and submit it to Athletic Director JJ Niamkey at jj.niamkey@norwellschools.org and registrar@norwellschools.org. 

• Request for Student Records: Please download, sign and return this form to Norwell Public Schools so we may request student records from the previous school system

Student Registration is now done through our Aspen Parent Portal. Aspen is our Student Information System. Parents that are new to Norwell Public Schools first need to request an Aspen portal account before proceeding to register their child. Parents that have existing students in the system or previously had a student enrolled should log into their existing account to register a new or returning student.

For questions about an individual school, please email or call the school secretary. Submission of any additional registration forms not uploaded during the registration process should be emailed to registrar@norwellschools.org or dropped off at the Norwell Public Schools Central Office building at 322 Main Street.
