Professional Development

Several days and afternoons each year are reserved for staff development. A professional development plan is developed each spring for the following year, providing teachers with options to pursue in improving their teaching skills. In addition to the programs offered in the district, teachers are encouraged to participate in conferences and workshops off campus, as well as to enroll in course work related to their professional goals.
