Kindergarten Registration
Registration & Documentation: Registration is done online using our Aspen Student Information system and may require in person submission of certified documents.
- Online Registration will be done via the Aspen Student Information System Parent Portal beginning in January of 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year.
- Documentation submission includes the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency (tax bill, mortgage statement, lease agreement, purchase & sales). In the event that a family is residing with another family member or friend, the following Landlord/Shared Tenancies Residency Affidavit must be completed.
- Most recent physical from pediatrician/family doctor including immunization records.
- Copy of Custody or Guardianship, if applicable

Online Registration: Starts January 2026 for the K class of 2026-2027
Kindergarten Parent Orientation: On February 26, 2026 there was an Orientation and Registration Information Meeting for parents of all incoming kindergarten students at both the Cole and Vinal Elementary Schools. Each school's presentation from that evening is below:

Other important kindergarten events
Bus routes are completed in August.
Class placement is sent home by mail in July.
Kindergarten Open House: September (1st day of school for grades 1-12).
