Salary Schedule
Norwell Public Schools’ commitment to attract and retain the very best educators is reflected in its highly competitive teachers’ salary schedule. The following are salary ranges for four of Norwell’s seven salary tracks for the 2024-2025 school year, and 2025-2026 will be determined pending final EAN negotiations:
