Norwell Public Schools is inviting highly creative and dynamic educators with superior academic qualifications to apply for the following positions*:

Social Studies Teacher
Technology/Engineering Teacher

*All positions are subject to funding and, unless otherwise noted, all positions are full time.

Recruiting Schedule
Subject to change as circumstances dictate, the following schedule of activities has been developed to serve as a guide for the recruiting process:

Salary Schedule
Norwell Public Schools’ commitment to attract and retain the very best educators is reflected in its highly competitive teachers’ salary schedule. The following are salary ranges for four of Norwell’s seven salary tracks for the 2024-2025 school year, and 2025-2026 will be determined pending final EAN negotiations:

Bachelor’s Step 1                                 $  59,354

Master’s Step 1                        $ 63,238

Bachelor’s Absolute Max.                 $ 101,847

Master’s Absolute Max         $ 114,899

BA + 30 Step 1                                     $  60,804

MA + 45 or PhD Step 1          $  67,098

BA + 30 Absolute Max                        $ 105,784

MA + 45 or PhD Abs. Max    $ 131,191
