Norwell Public Schools is inviting highly creative and dynamic educators with superior academic qualifications to apply for the following position*:
Middle School
Tech Engineering –Problem Solving Teacher
*All positions are subject to funding and, unless otherwise noted, all positions are full time.
Recruiting Schedule
Subject to change as circumstances dictate, the following schedule of activities has been developed to serve as a guide for the recruiting process:
- Application Period March 2 – March 27, 2026
- Review of Credentials March 30 – April 2, 2026
- Screening Interviews April 6 – April 17, 2026
- Follow-up Interviews/Reference Checks April 27 – May 1, 2026
- Finalist Interviews & Appointment May 4 – May 15, 2026
Salary Schedule
Norwell Public Schools’ commitment to attract and retain the very best educators is reflected in its highly competitive teachers’ salary schedule. The following are salary ranges for four of Norwell’s seven salary tracks for the 2026-2027 school year.
Bachelor’s Step 1 $ 65,187 Master’s Step 1 $ 69,317
Bachelor’s Absolute Max $108,049 Master’s Absolute Max $121,896
BA + 30 Step 1 $ 66,728 MA + 45 or PhD Step 1 $ 73,422
BA + 30 Absolute Max $112,227 MA + 45 or PhD Abs. Max $139,181
