Angst is a documentary featuring kids with anxiety diagnoses, talking about their experiences and how they got support. I really enjoyed it and found it to be empowering and normalizing for kids with this diagnosis. The website has great resources in terms of apps, websites, and more to support coping with anxiety. 

Yoga Ed has a Youtube channel with great yoga sequences for kids!

Animated, short videos with guidance for kids on breathing, meditations, and mindfulness

Great for background music, relaxation, meditating, naps, etc!

Learning for Justice's collection of lessons, articles, and resources for supporting LGBTQ youth 

The National Museum of African American History and Culture has an awesome website, broken into sections of support for educators and parents to help kids understand race, racism, and the experiences and contributions of African American people in our nation. There are great connections to exhibits and educational resources from the museum, as well.

This is a great, kid-centered and appropriate discussion regarding race and racism. About 45 minutes long and worth a watch together!
