Clipper Leadership Academy: Overview

In the past we have awarded leadership opportunities through various selection processes across athletics, clubs, student government, and award societies. It is our intention to shift the methodology from awarding leadership to developing leadership. The intention is to teach the appropriate leadership skills that can be applied in the various opportunities at Norwell High School. In addition to learning lifelong skills it is our hope that we see a positive impact to our school culture.

Clipper Leadership Academy: Mission Statement

The mission of the Clipper Leadership Academy is to provide Norwell High School students with leadership skill development opportunities that foster ethical behavior, emphasize social responsibility, promote positive interpersonal communication and build an inclusive community.
