    Norwell Public Schools is inviting highly creative and dynamic educators with superior academic qualifications to apply for the following positions*:

    *All positions are subject to funding and, unless otherwise noted, all positions are full time.

    Salary Schedule

     

     

     

    Norwell Public Schools’ commitment to attract and retain the very best educators is reflected in its highly competitive teachers’ salary schedule. The following are salary ranges for four of Norwell’s seven salary tracks for the 2020-2021 school year:

     

    Bachelor’s Step 1              $54,037

    Master’s Step 1                  $ 57,573

    Bachelor’s Absolute Max $92,724

    Master’s Absolute Max     $104,606

    BA + 30 Step 1                  $55,358

    MA + 45 Step 1                 $ 61,087

    BA + 30 Absolute Max     $96,308

    MA + 45 Absolute Max     $119,438
