• Welcome Students and Parents to the 2018-2019 School Year!

I'm very excited to begin a new year at Norwell Middle School and get to know all of you.  My name is Hannah Kinslow and this is my eighth year working at Norwell Middle School.  This will be my 12th year teaching overall and I continue to love what I do everyday.  I began teaching at a private school for students with dyslexia on the North Shore right after college.  I lived there for five years as a live-in staff with young ladies ranging form 13 to 18 years old.  I learned a lot from working and living at the Landmark School in Beverly and feel that I learned the foundation of being a great teacher there.

After my adventures on the North Shore I wanted to relocate to the South Shore and was lucky enough to land a job in Norwell.  I have really enjoyed working in this community and look forward to teaching each new student I meet this year and help him/her reach his/her's full potential.
This year I will be teaching two language based English Language Arts classes in both the 7th and 8th grades, as well as Skills classes, and reading classes.  My passion is teaching students who have language based learning disabilities who are both smart and creative but require some tweaking in how they are taught certain concepts.

I will use this website a lot this year to post information, strategies, and resources for both students and parents, as well as google classroom.   I would encourage you all to check my website regularly, as well as your other teacher's websites as well.  If you have any questions at any point please feel free to call me at the Middle School (I'm not sure of my extenstion yet but will let you all know ASAP) or email me at hannah.kinslow@norwellschools.org.

Thank you and I can not wait for another great year!

    Sincerely,
