The Math Team is an activity for math lovers who enjoy an intellectual challenge! Students work together, gain instruction, enhance their understanding, and practice solving challenging math problems in a friendly and supportive environment. We look at problems from previous years' math meets and prepare for competitions. Our main focus is the SMML interscholastic season, described in its own tab.
NHS mathletes have many opportunities to compete in addition to the SMML. There are competitions during school and after school, individual and team contests, topic tests and general tests. Click the titles at the left to find out more about some of the various opportunities.
There is a $20 fee for this club.
