    Join Katy Boucher, founder of The Accord School, for an evening of lively conversation on how to help our kids navigate their ever-changing social world.
    Wednesday November 1st 6:30-8:00pm at Norwell Middle School 328 Main Street, Norwell

     The Norwell Commission on Disabilities 

    In partnership with The Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, the Norwell Commission on Disabilities has brought communication boards to both of Norwell’s public playgrounds, Gaffield Park and Reynolds Playground. These weather-resistant boards will support both minimally verbal and verbal children and adults in communicating effectively with others, including initiating conversations, self-advocacy, and navigating social situations. The Commission on Disabilities is committed to helping make the public spaces in Norwell as accessible as possible for everyone. 

    Please join us for a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday September 16th at 1pm starting at Gaffield Park (69 River St) and then moving to Reynolds Playground (Prouty Ave) and ending at approximately 2pm. Feel free to share with friends and family, we would love to see you all there!
