Policy Manual of the Norwell School CommitteeThe Public Schools of Norwell operate according to policies established by the Norwell School Committee. The School Committee, which represents both the state and local community, develops the policies after careful deliberation, and the school administration implements them through specific rules and regulations. The School Committee then evaluates the effects of its policies and makes revisions as necessary.The Norwell School Committee, beginning in the 2012-2013 school year, undertook the the task of systematically and comprehensively reviewing the Policy Manual.
