Norwell High School subscribes to turnitin, a licensed software program that compares student writing against more than 14 billion current and archived web pages, a database of over 150 million student papers, and over 100 million articles from leading publishers of databases, textbooks, and books. Each student creates an account: teachers will provide students with Norwell's account i.d. and password in class. Using turnitin can assist students in using information ethically and avoiding plagiarism.
