| Description of Activity:
What is the learning experience? What will teachers and students do during
the course of the activity? Through what performances or products will
students demonstrate what they know and are able to do? Students will survey all grade three students regarding their favorite reading selection in our reading series. After gathering the information, students will organize the information into a spreadsheet ( Max Count or Excel). Students will create a bar graph with teacher direction. Together, students and teacher will analyze the data and communicate their understanding of that data. Students will demonstrate their understanding of the graph by writing at least four statements about the data. |
