Final Grade Reports & Proof of Graduation

In early May, counselors will visit senior English classes to gather some information from students regarding future plans. Students who applied to college will be asked to note every school to which they applied, whether they were accepted or not, and which college the student will attend.

Based on this information, a final transcript, with documentation of graduation, will be sent to the college that the student will attend. This is done automatically. A tiny number of schools have a final report form to be submitted. In these cases, the student should give the form to his or her counselor in advance of graduation.
