Course: Algebra 2 CP1

Student work will focus on the following NHS student expectations for learning:

Course expectations:

  • Prepared          Bring book, pencil, notebook, graphing calculator, and completed homework assignment.
  • Polite                Be quiet and attentive when teacher or student is speaking.
  • Participate        Take notes, ask questions, and work along with class exercises.

There are daily assignments, usually from the text.

There are also a number of graded projects.

Some projects are done alone and some with a partner.

Grading system:

There are numerous tests, quizzes, projects, worksheets, and homework assignments.

The grade is done on a point system: total points earned divided by total points possible.
