Welcome back to all Vinal School families for the 2012 -2013 school year!

 

Please take a moment to browse the links to the left for important and helpful information re:  illness and medication policies. Forms are on the website and may be printed and completed by your child's physician.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns regarding your child's health or well being!

Parents of incoming K students, please make sure you have submitted your child's most recent physical form with up to date immunizations before the first day of school. This may also be faxed to 781-659-8812.

Parents of 5th grade students, Physical Examination Forms are now due! If you have not already done so, please submit a copy of a recent physical or schedule an appointment for your child with his doctor.
