I am glad you have chosen to visit my site.  I have taught Health / Physical Education for the past 6 years at Norwell High School.  I also coach the indoor / outdoor boys track team and the freshman boys soccer team.  

 

Our Motto in the Wellness department is "Take Care of Yourself, Take Care of Each other."  My hope is that the information on this website will help you accomplish both of these goals.
