Coordinated Program Review

Corrective Action Plan

The Norwell Public Schools recently underwent a Coordinated Program Review (CPR) by the Massachusetts Department of Education.  Below is a direct link to the Department of Education’s Report of Findings for Norwell Public Schools:

In response to the CPR findings, school administration has developed a comprehensive Corrective Action Plan (CAP) to specifically address all findings in the report.

The Emergency Phone System form can be downloaded in two ways. These instructions may be helpful.

 To complete and save to send as an email attachment:

1. If the Open button is selected:

  • Complete the form
  • Save it using "Save As" under the file menu
  • Save it to the Desktop or My Documents after the form is filled out.
  • Create Email and send attachment.
  • Email to the building Principal

2. If save is selected:

  • Select the location on your computer Desktop or My Documents are good places to save.
  • Open the form and complete the form
  • Save the completed form and close.
  • Create an email and attach document
  • Email to the building Principal
